The Board of Directors decided unanimously to assign the following functions (in the form of outsourcing as defined in Bank of Greece Governor Acts 2577/2006 and 2597/2007) to National Bank of Greece S.A.:

• Risk Management
• Internal Audit
• IT Support
• Audit Committee
• Regulatory Compliance, with the exception of the anti - money laundering control function, which is assigned to Financial & Management Support Department
